Horizontal looper furnace data.
For plants requiring high-speed running, stable strip storage and easy line access. The horizontal loop layout can be useful when maintenance access, plant floor arrangement and operator visibility are central to the project.
AKS checks the strip width, thickness, material grade, TV process value, atmosphere choice and cooling route before choosing 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 looper layers. The aim is to keep strip movement predictable while maintaining brightness and flatness at higher production speed.
